URGENT NOTICE TO PATIENTS

The Whitehorse Practice is changing its clinical software to EMIS Web.

Due to this all automatic electronic links such electronic prescriptions and registrations will be down. 

Prescriptions: please visit the practice to submit your request or send your request via email: CROCCG.H83034prescriptions@nhs.net or Fax: 02086830246

Registrations: Although we will continue to accept new registrations we are unable to process any information provided until all electronic links are restored which should be in a few weeks.

All new registrations MUST provide details of their previous GP (including a contact number) this is essential in the event a patient requires urgent medical treatment.

Please be aware that your previous GP will continue to have a duty of care for 4 weeks after de-registration, this means that any urgent medication can be requested from your previous practice. 

Thank you for your patience during this time.

Our patients are treated promptly, with respect and in complete confidence.

With nearly 8,000 patients registered with the Practice, many of our patients are new to the country and the NHS. We run various clinics for patients with long term chronic diseases and our services include Minor surgery, Phlebotomy, Childhood vaccinations and Postnatal care to name a few.   

We provide late night as well as early morning appointments for those patients who are unable to attend during practice core hours.
