Registrations: All new registrations MUST provide details of their previous GP (including a contact number) this is essential in the event a patient requires urgent medical treatment.

Please be aware that your previous GP will continue to have a duty of care for 4 weeks after de-registration, this means that any urgent medication can be requested from your previous practice. 

 Please be reassured any personal identifiable information collected or held at the practice is kept confidential and secure.

With nearly 8,000 patients registered with the Practice, many of our patients are new to the country and the NHS. We run various clinics for patients with long term chronic diseases and our services include Minor surgery, Phlebotomy, Childhood vaccinations and Postnatal care to name a few.   

We provide late night as well as early morning appointments for those patients who are unable to attend during practice core hours.
